Who we are
Cutler is run by New House Ventures, LLC ("Cutler", "we", "us"). This policy covers cutler.munatti.com, the Cutler web app, and songs you send us for splitting. If you have a question or a request about your data, email hello@munatti.com.
What we collect
- Your email address. You give it to us when you sign in, pay, or upload a song.
- Your name and email from Google, if you choose to sign in with Google. We don't get your Google password or anything else from your Google account.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, billing country, what you bought and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- The music you send and the files we make from it, along with song details like the artist and title.
- Account records: your plan, how many songs you have left, and a history of splits and purchases.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting providers keep standard logs such as IP address, browser type and request times, used for security and fixing problems.
Cookies
The web app sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To split your songs and deliver the files to you.
- To run your account, take payments and send you sign-in codes and delivery emails.
- To answer support requests, fix problems and keep the service secure.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your music or your files to train AI models, and we don't share them with anyone except the providers listed below, who handle them only to run Cutler.
Who we share it with
- Stripe for payments.
- Dropbox for song uploads and file delivery.
- Cloudflare for hosting and file storage.
- Neon for our account database.
- Resend for sending sign-in and account emails.
- Google, only if you sign in with Google.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. If that happens, this policy still applies to your data.
How long we keep it
- Songs you upload are deleted once the split is done.
- Finished files stay available to download for 14 days, then they are deleted.
- Account information is kept while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.
- Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Email hello@munatti.com from the address on your account and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, such as in California or the EU. We'll honor those too.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who run Cutler, and payment details stay with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you.
Children
Cutler isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Where your data is stored
Cutler runs in the United States. If you use it from another country, your data is transferred to and stored in the US.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For bigger changes we'll also email account holders before they take effect.
